Fees & Payments
My practice accepts two possible payment methods:
Medical Aid Claim: Session fees are rated in accordance with medical aid rates. Fees will be claimed directly from your medical aid where funds are available. It is however, the responsibility of the client to consult with their medical aid regarding the psychological benefits they are covered for and to confirm whether sufficient funds are available.
Cash Payment: For clients without medical aid or whose medical aid package does not cover the required psychological services, a cash payment option is available. These sessions will be invoiced and emailed to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to pay within 14 days of the invoice received.
Fee arrangements can be discussed prior to starting therapy. Please take note that appointments should be cancelled 24 hours in advance – failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee charge.
